ABOUT CYBERPPM
I started CyberPPM in 2024 as a practitioner led service in technology projects, promoting alignment from portfolio to operations for Hybrid and Agile delivery teams. The focus was on governance and achieving transparency right through the delivery engine. This year, in 2026, I decided to pivot, realizing that my strengths and the services we could provide relate to the experiences that taught me the most over the past 20 years: course-correcting risk-affected, abandoned, delayed, and near-impossible projects. While we're not forgetting the important work in portfolios, our service focus is on improving delivery from the bottom up, enhancing team fluency, vertical and horizontal alignment, and resolving overlooked risks. Right now, with the future of work being hotly debated, our focus is on recommending solutions that promote longer-term stability, centering humans in the process and hopefully future proofing roles for us, the information workers, and the businesses we serve.
